Sharon grew up in the business – literally! Her mother was a highly successful commercial real estate agent, and one of the very first women in the state to work as a commercial broker.
Since her start in the business in 1989, Sharon has been affiliated with GBK (formerly Gerrard, Beattie, and Knapp, LLC), a real estate brokerage focused on providing extraordinary client experiences.
That focus on the client is evident in every action Sharon takes. Rather than focusing on working with a large volume of clients, Sharon instead invests her energy fully with each and every client. But simply caring about clients, without having the skills to help them meet their goals, is not enough. To support her commitment to clients, Sharon continues to invest in ongoing education. She had earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, and is an Accredited Staging Professional (ASP). This extra training, coupled with her Masters degree in Communications, allows her to reach her goal of providing that extraordinary client experience.

When not working, showing and breeding West Highland White Terriers is a passion of Sharon’s; in fact, she sits on the board of the Puget Sound brand of the West Highland White Terrier Association. Gardening, reading, cooking, and knitting are all activities which put a smile on Sharon’s face. Sharon enjoys life with husband John and her grown children – <names here>, and travel with family is a priority in Sharon’s life.
